Quincouplet: a five-word poetry form. There are two lines, with two words on the first line and three words on the second. It need not have a title, but if it does, the title must consist of only one word. The title can be used for any purpose except as the first word of a sentence continued by the poem. You can read an article about the form here: http://galatearesurrection16.blogspot.com/2011/03/feature-article_26.html and here: http://benjaminckrause.net/content/quincouplet-matter-words I, the creator of the quincouplet, Benjamin C. Krause of Youngstown, Ohio, renounce all rights to the form (if any exist), to the word "quincouplet," as well as to this document itself. This means that any rules as to what constitutes a quincouplet are my personal opinion.
